Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
How long will it take to get my orders?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

What is special about your rain jackets?
Our rain jackets beautifully shape your dog's silhouette and avoid the tent or poncho look. They adapt perfectly to your dog's body shape thanks to their lightweight lining. They also have a leash ring for small sizes, so no additional collar or harness is required. The fabric is both waterproof (water column 10,000 mm) and breathable.
Why do your dog jackets have a belt fastener?
The jacket can be closed effortlessly with one click using a belt fastener, which does not make the jacket any stiffer than the Velcro fastener. Two reflective seams in the belt ensure good visibility. Another advantage over the Velcro fastener is that the belt can be adjusted flexibly and always fits equally tightly, regardless of how full the dog is. In addition, compared to the Velcro fastener, no dirt particles or grass seeds get stuck and therefore does not need to be cleaned.
